A wellbeing retreat is the private program designed particularly for women or anyone around age 50, offering a rejuvenating experience via Vietnamese traditional method, yoga and breathing technique and minerals from natural hot springs to improve physical health, mental and emotional harmony.
- The program includes private yoga sessions for strength, flexibility and balance and other stress relief techniques such as breathing.
- Physical and Emotional Healing: Spa treatments, massages, and therapies like acupuncture support relaxation and ease age-related discomforts.
- Outdoor Activities: Nature walks, light hike combined with cultural exploration activities.

Itinerary
Arriving with a priority lane arranged by ZV, our private driver will pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Located idyllic area of Ho Chi Minh center, on the Nguyen Hue boulevard.
A full-day Ho Chi Minh City tour with Cu Chi Tunnels combines city highlights with a visit to the historic tunnels. The tour typically begins with a hotel pick-up in the morning, followed by a 1.5-2 hour drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Here, you’ll explore the network of tunnels used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War, with a chance to crawl through parts of them and learn about their history. After the tunnel tour, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch. In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City for visits to landmarks like the Notre-Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Reunification Palace.

Transfer to Alba Wellness Hot Spring Resort (5*) by car. The journey takes 3-5 hours along the most scenic coastal road of Vietnam, with possible stops and nature immersion at: Marble mountain, Hai Van Pass.
Located in the central region of Vietnam, Hue City is considered the heart of the national cultural heritage. Amongst the ancient capitals of Vietnam, Hue is the only city that keeps intact the appearance of a complex medieval monarchical structure composed of walls, palaces and royal tombs. These precious remains have not only turned Hue into a living museum, much appreciated by the whole country, but also won the honorable recognition site of world cultural heritage by UNESCO in December 1993. The famous Huong River has inspired many romantic poems and tales. The entire city is steeped in history and medieval musings.

- Transfer from the resort to boat station to embark the journey to the glory past of Hue
- Go upstream of Huong River and visit Thien Mu Pagoda.
- Visit Hon Chen Temple – a place for worshipping Goddess Thien Y A Na (known as a religion of Cham people). It is in the shape of a downward-facing cup on the bank of the Huong River.
- End the dragon boat in Minh Mang Tomb – a perfect combination of man-made and natural beauty in tomb Hue. It was built in 1840 under the order of Minh Mang King.
- Admire the landscape and enjoy the sunset over the Huong River
- Vietnam delights in dinner in An Nhien Garden House restaurant, the garden dated back hundred years ago.

Visit Imperial City in Hue center. The citadel is a large fortress built in the 17th century mandated by Emperor Gia Long in Hue, where the royal family and the king and his family live. This was the seat of the Nguyen Dynasty’s capital during its 143-year reign from 1802 to 1945. This place was recognized as a World Heritage by UNESCO (1993).

Located in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter, just 1 minute walking to Hoan Kiem.

Travel insurance is not included in your tour price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. We can suggest you the insurance carrier case by case.
We strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of deposits through cancellation, lost of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
Zen Vacation is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, epidemic or political actions and unrest must be borne by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Zen Vacation will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
No refund will be given for any unused service after the trip has commenced or during the tour.
NON REFUNDABLE deposit of US$ 100 per person upon the packages tours services confirmation will be applied.
Cancellations will be charged as follow:
- 45 days prior to the arrival date: Non Refundable deposit charge and the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 44 - 31 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 30% per group/booking and plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 30 days - 15 days prior to arrival date: Cancellations fee of 50% per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- 14 - 7 days before arrival: Cancellations fee 70% charge plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned services suppliers such as flight company, boat company, train, hotels... in accordance with their cancellations policies if any.
- Less than 7 days before arrival Or No show: 100% charge per group/booking.
** Nonrefundable deposit and banking service fee will be forfeited in all cancellation cases.
You can amend your booking when the confirmation is made. The extra expense may occurred will be informed to you before you decide to amend the services or travel date.
- Maximum 1 child can share the parent's existing bedding.
- Children under 2 years old are free of charge for land services, only charge fee from airlines if have.
- Children from 2-6 years old: 50% of adult price, or quote case by case
- Children from 7-11 years old: 75% of adult price, or quote case by case
- Children from 12 years old up: 100% adult price
Deposit of 20% of the total of tour is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The full prepayment will need to be made 45 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.
