As a frequent traveler, I’ve lived and worked in transitioning between the vibrant cultures of Asia and Europe. My professional journey began in sustainable development, and then tourism products. My journeys have deepened my connection with wellness therapy— I recognized the importance of nature retreats for wellbeing.
As a yoga teacher, this path led me to Rishikesh, India, a spiritual mecca where I deepened my understanding of yoga’s healing potential. Along the way, I’ve learned from masters and received professional support for my wellness entrepreneurial journey. I proudly consider myself a "fusion girl," striving to bring the ancient wisdom of Asian therapies into the modern world.
In my quest for transformative journeys in Vietnam, I founded Zen Vacation with a belief that travel can create a deeper connection — with ourselves, with others and with the world around us. Today, Zen has grown beyond wellness retreats to create luxury journeys, authentic experiences and bespoke corporate programs across Vietnam and Asia.
